If I ruled the world, I would make it mandatory that the Yankees win the World Series every year, no matter how good or bad they played. As the ruler of the world, I demand some fun and happy entertainment, that will surely provide it.

If I ruled the world, the first thing I would do is find a way to end the multitude of conflicts in the Middle East. I don't know how I'd do it, but I'd try. If I can accomplish that, the next thing to work on would be world hunger.
