In N Out Burger is a California thing. The Californians have generously allowed a few select places in Nevada and Arizona (and one in the southwest corner of Utah) to have them as well. As for the naughty aspect of the name.....the business is run by a Christian family, so yeah. They have issues.
I have already said that the only thing that would turn me back into a carnivore is going to this place for a cheeseburger.
