Posting this here as a reminder to all members...


WHEN REGISTERING, MAKE SURE YOU USE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS! You will receive a confirmation email, which includes a confirmation link which you must visit to complete registration, at this address. If you use a fake address, you will not receive this email and will therefore not get the confirmation link and not be able to log in!

We do not harvest email addresses, sell email addresses, or give your email address out to anyone at any time, ever.

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not humorous and legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.

Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this community.

We are not your parents, and won't regulate the language you choose to use here, however posts consisting of entirely/nearly all obsenities will be removed. We're not your parents, but there's no need to act childish, either. Also, while this is a pretty much uncensored forum, posts made for the sake of posting something just to post will be deemed objectionable by Administration and hence, will be removed.

Threads of a sexual nature are limited to the "Adults Only" section of the board. If you don't see this section, you don't have access to it. Speak to an Administrator to obtain access, and be 18+ years of age.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this community. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of this community. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this forum immediately. We do, however, encourage tolerance, and users should be aware that posts will ONLY be removed if they are truly awful in Administration's view. We have the rights to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at this community also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

Threads with personal arguments will not be left out in the open for other people to get involved in. This is not a personal debate forum. We do not want to have members choosing sides during personal disagreements. These types of threads will be placed into the "Archives" forum after being locked with a reason for the locking given by the Administration. The participants will then be asked to take the remaining discussion into private messages or personal email.

Discussions regarding religion and/or politics are a volatile area, and can quickly degenerate into flame wars, not to mention result in frequent hijacking of threads, resentment, and boredom. It is asked that all discussions regarding these issues be kept to the Debate Forum only. This is not a political arena, this is not a church. There are other boards you can have these discussions at. Members who constantly transform threads into religious and/or political debates will be warned. 2 warnings will result in suspension of your account for a period of time to be decided by Administration. 3 warnings will result in permanent suspension of your account.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this forum.

After you register and log into this community, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed. Information posted to antagonize others is forbidden.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this community or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Administration decisions in all cases are final.
