That just makes me sick. Maybe the father meant well, but to just abandon your child like that? Fuck him. Cut his balls off and stuff 'em down his fucking throat.

The only "pro" here is that the father had just enough sense to leave him in a designated drop-off area. At least he didn't dump him on the street where he could be hurt, kidnapped, etc.

With that being said, it's still incredibly selfish, irresponsible, and stupid to just abandon a kid like that. It's possible that the child was in danger and the parent(s) had noplace else to turn - no family or friends - but still, call a social worker or something. And, that child is old enough to always remember that daddy left him.

I think it's better for the little boy that they did drop him off. Can you imagine what his life might have been like with parents like that?
