Saudi Arabian couple ordered to pay "slave" back wages

I never thought I'd see one of these types of stories in my lifetime (guess I haven't been paying as much attention as I should), but here it is. Apparently this Indonesian woman was held against her will and forced to do chores and provide childcare for nothing. The alleged sexual assault makes this even worse because it makes it sound like the wife condoned this behavior, which in a house with five children is more than inappropriate. I hope the feds and state make these people suffer.

The little part about "terrorism charges" seems like a cheap shot to me as well.

I have heard of this happening before, but in Saudi Arabia. Apparently, they think nothing of "hiring" beautiful young girls from Indonesia and the Philippines and then using them for their own cruel practices. It is disgusting, especially since most of these girls are so innocent that they only think they are getting well paid maid jobs.

This couple needs to learn a lesson though: They are NOT in Saudi Arabia any longer and that shit isn't really tolerated over here. People here are free to voice their displeasure and most of the time, the average worker will be heard.
