I've been extremely busy, but I was going to post here tonight because I heard an interesting commercial on the radio driving home.

Apparently because a lot of people are unable to pay their mortgages, the banks and government foreclose on them and then sell the houses cheap on the market, with little or no money down required. This led me to think two things:

1. It's kind of shady for people to benefit off of other people's misery like that.

2. The people who don't put any money down will probably get into a pretty shitty loan and get foreclosed in two years and this cycle will repeat.

Sigh...

Hey! WE didn't put any money down! And we can refinance in a year! Then again, this wasn't a foreclosure either.

And now, here are some random thoughts:

- Jill Carroll is FREE! YAAAAAAY! My city is gonna be hap-hap-happy today.
- I forgot you had company this week, Midas. Gah!
- I think I'm finally starting to appreciate coffee.
- Cybersex bots on Yahoo are fun to annoy.

Well, that's because you're smart. I've dealt with people who have gotten into terrible interest-only loans and they will take literally 150 years to pay off their house because they didn't read the contract and just wanted to get into a house no matter what.
