Re: High School Survey
What was the name of your high school? Corinda State High School
When did you graduate high school? Graduate ? That means pass, hey ? I didn't, I left before the end That was in 1977.
Did you have a high school yearbook, if yes, what was the name? If there was, I didn't see it !
Did you have a high school newspaper, if yes, what was the name? No
What was your high school mascot? Such concepts do not exist in Australia, at least, not in the 70's. This can be explained by the fact that any form of organised sport is done outside the school system, unlike some of what I see from the U.S.
What were your school colors? Green and Yellow
Where you involved in any extracuricular activities, if yes, what? No
Who were some of your friends in high school? Alan, Richard, Tony, Mark, Julie, Lauren, and Roslyn
Did your high school have drama and/or musical productions, if yes, were you involved? Name the productions you were in, if you can remember? Not that I recall
What was your favorite subject(s)? Geography and Maths (yes, with an S at the end ) but I was no good at them
What was your least favorite subject(s)? History, Accounting and the Poetry part of English. Waste of space.
Who was your favorite teacher? Mr Morris
Who was your least favorite teacher? Miss Pidgeon (which has a lot to do with why I hated History so much)
Are you still in touch with any of your high school friends? Yes, Alan and Mark
What was your favorite memory of high school? The day i left. Seriously
Have you been to any high school reunions? No, and the only reason I would consider doing so would be to get a handle on how many of my class had ended up in jail or died. I am sure there would have been a few.
Mercifully, reunions are seen, in the main, as unnecessary in this country.

Re: High School Survey
What was the name of your high school? Paradise Valley High School
When did you graduate high school? 1990
Did you have a high school yearbook, if yes, what was the name? There wasn't an annual name for it, but my senior yearbook's theme was "Who Knows?" More like "Who Cares?"
Did you have a high school newspaper, if yes, what was the name? Probably, and if so, I don't remember.
What was your high school mascot? Trojan. Yeah, a big condom. Cream the Trojans!
What were your school colors? Red and white
Where you involved in any extracuricular activities, if yes, what? No. I dropped Academic Decathlon before I started my senior year to be a teacher's aide. I was booted out of that class and failed that second semester.

What was your least favorite subject(s)? Chemistry. I should've blew something up.
Who was your favorite teacher? Didn't really have one
Who was your least favorite teacher? Mrs. Stanfield. I nearly failed AP English Sophomore year and I took it upon myself to enroll in regular English from there on out so my GPA wouldn't be fucked. Her husband's cool though.
Are you still in touch with any of your high school friends? Fred and the Davids from time to time
What was your favorite memory of high school? Going to and throwing parties in the desert.
Have you been to any high school reunions? I went to my 10-year; it pretty much sucked. I saw Fred and one of the Davids outside the reunion, the other David at the reunion. And my now BIL (class of '89) crashed the reunion with my help. I won't be going to the 20-year.
