Woman is found dead in clothing donation bin
A woman was found dead early yesterday after apparently becoming trapped in a clothing donation bin in West Toledo, authorities said.
Barbara Lynn Dunn, 47, of 3173 Bellevue Rd., was found about 6:30 a.m. partially hanging out of the bin near the intersection of Monroe Street and Harley Road. Authorities believe she was reaching into the bin to get something out of it when the lid shut around her neck and she somehow became pinned.
She likely died of asphyxiation, but the exact cause of death is pending an autopsy to be conducted by the Lucas County Coronerç—´ Office.
No foul play is suspected in her death. No friends or relatives have been found; authorities are asking that anyone who knows Ms. Dunn contact the coronerç—´ office.
