So...the repairman was supposed to be here at 8:30 a.m.

Its 10 a.m. now.

I have things to DO! Places to GO! I dont have the time nor inclination to sit on my ass waiting for these people!

But wait I must...because I must have the window fixed.

Arrrggh.

I found out today that my Mum has to have open heart surgery early next week. So that's not much fun

Another bitch. Gas prices are outragously HIGH! It takes $70 bucks to fill up my Expedition. I would trade it in for a car, but my problem is that I need LEG room. The last two fill up's I had cost me around $150. *sigh*

Thank you everyone, for your concerns and well wishes

Problem is, I am now almost in my mid-40's and have never had to deal with death. Have never had a friend or relative (that was remotely close to me) die.

A couple of years ago my wife's mum died and whilst it didn't affect me (as I was not that close with her mum) I saw how much it affected her.

My father had a triple bypass a couple of years ago and turned out fine. But mum is nowhere near as sturdy and that concerns me a lot, a lot...

Nonetheless, we will wait and see hey ?

I had a filling put in a tooth about, oh, two years ago. Last night, during the homestretch of MidasMix, the freakin' tooth BROKE. For NO REASON I could ascertain. Now I get to sit until Monday when the dentist opens and hope the filling manages to stay put.

I'm just thankful I'm not in screaming pain.

My FIL had a massive stroke last night...things dont look well...so Im outta here to go help deal and stuff...no one is thinking right right now...
