I have just read this and am pretty stunned. The guy obviously has a power fixation. I am just surprised that he is naive enough to believe anybody would stand for such a reckless display of dominance.

Actually, some would. There are certainly women (and even men) that have put up with a lot more in a marriage and stayed around. This guy is just lucky he got busted before his wife set his bed on fire with him in it. I guess she was afraid he'd somehow survive and she'd lose all her GBD's.

I suppose love makes people put up with strange things. If I fell into a relationship with somebody I loved and I saw she wrote a contract for me, I would think she has a screw-loose.
