Welcome BobCubTAC!
The Retro Radio Network Forums are a very diverse place. There is a lot to do here - the trick is just knowing where to look.
First, introduce yourself. We're a friendly bunch and we welcome newcomers to the Community.
If you have a problem figuring out how to use a forum feature, check out the FAQ. Your question may already be answered.
We are a community based on the radio stations in our network, and the eras we grew up in. As such, we are all about conversation about the past and present, jokes, quizzes, links and games. We talk about pop culture from the 60's through present day, hobbies, raising kids, getting ahead at work, and just about anything else friends talk to each other about.
So, if you are trapped in a cubicle at work or if you are a stay at home parent looking for some company and some fun, and a little reminiscing, this is the place for you.
Hey there. Cool site! Big metalhead here. Also love Grunge, Progressive & Classic Rock, some Industrial, some Punk, a little bit of a lot o' things, y'know what I mean?
My all-time favorite bands are Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, April Wine, Pink Floyd, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Alice In Chains, Godsmack, Soundgarden and Audioslave. Also love Boston, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Scorpions, Rainbow, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchett, .38 Special, Krokus, The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Moody Blues, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Halford, Disturbed, Godsmack, Tool, White/Rob Zombie, Killswitch Engage, Sevendust and some stuff by Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Rammstein, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Guns 'N' Roses, Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver. Plus a few others I'm just not thinking of right now. ;-)
Then Metal shop is right up your alley BobCubTAC. Welcome Aboard.
Despite the name, I don't JUST Play Metal (Even though it's a HUGE part of the whole picture) I do play stuff like Pink Floyd, Lynyrd Skynyrd (Great band but not often played), Alice In Chains, etc. HARD Rock/Metal is what I play. Sunday nights at 10 PM Eastern.
