Thank you, the genius that is eMpTyV, for kicking off in the 90's what may be an endless trend of craptacular programming for the boob tube. This boob got sucked into watching a little bit of Real World Season 2 (Los Angeles), ALL of seasons 3 & 4 (San Francisco, London) and beyond that, the seasons that took place in Boston, Seattle, Hawaii, New Orleans and Las Vegas.
That being said, what (if any) "reality" shows did you watch in the 90's?

Nil. Nix. Though I do admit to having watched a few episodes of Survivor from time to time, mainly the tribal councils, as I desperately hope that someone will smash someone else's face in
Hasn't happened yet

None. Zip, zero, nada. I refuse to watch it. It's crap. Nothing REAL about it. I pay good money for cable. For what I pay, and everyone else pays, I expect shows with REAL ACTORS, written by REAL WRITERS, with PLOTS, SPECIAL EFFECTS, you know?

Celebrity Big Brother is big news in the UK at the moment. The controversy seems to surround about two people - a politician called George Galloway who has missed political meetings since being in the house and Michael Barrymore who seems to feign insanity at every given opportunity.
Of course, the celebrities are barely heard of in Britain let alone anywhere outside of the UK.
