YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF IN N OUT?!?!?!?!??! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH H!!!!!!!!!
In N Out Burger is a California thing. The Californians have generously allowed a few select places in Nevada and Arizona (and one in the southwest corner of Utah) to have them as well. As for the naughty aspect of the name.....the business is run by a Christian family, so yeah. They have issues. I have already said that the only thing that would turn me back into a carnivore is going to this place for a cheeseburger.
OK, the name is a little misleading...they don't grill white chocolate. They do make some fine white chocolate desserts though. Desserts are on the menu first. They use a wood-fired grill for most of their entrees and the aroma in the restaurant is awesome.
They were offering a date night special which included choice of appetizer, choice of salad, choice of entree and choice of dessert from a select list for just a few dollars more per person than what the prime rib entree costs and prime rib was on the list. I haven't found a decent steak at a restaurant in the Phoenix area since I moved back...until now. We decided on the four-cheese spinach and artichoke dip with chips for an appetizer - it was excellent. their house salad with balsamic vinagrette (sp) was pretty good. Got the white chocolate brownie for dessert - very rich and tasty. Sometime likely after the wedding and shedding a few pounds we'll be going again.
Locations also in the Chicagoland area (Naperville) and Denver CO.
But it has to be the Ultimate Reuben sandwich, with sauerkraut, pastrami, cheese, egg salad, onions, and dressing on rye bread. Oh yes, it's a heart attack on bread, but it is so so good.

Moved to Gilbert almost a year ago; time to give out more recommendations:
Joe's Farm Grill for breakfast - this place has been featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. Get there before 10 AM on a Sunday. There was a line out the door when we were leaving today. Had their meat scramble, which is eggs, sausage, ham, bacon & skillet potatoes...'tis awesome. Had a side of their Farm Beans (ranch beans doctored up deliciously) and some buttermilk pancakes. Sara & I shared all that and were quite satisfied. Taking my parents there in two weeks
Two places that Chooch & I eat at regularly:
Little Park Restaurant (no web site, but they do have a facebook page at Little Park Restaurant | Facebook. Good homestyle eats.
