Guitar Hero

Admit it, I'm sure some of you have a little voice inside your head that goes, "Play Guitar Hero or you'll die a virgin!"

And maybe not...but you should try it if you haven't. Most of the games have decent old and new music. But it's kind of interesting the more they make the games, the more harder stages get. You'd be able to tell the difference if you had all the games.

WARNING: If you love the 80s, I don't recommend you buying Rock the 80's. If you'd rent it, then heed my warning. D:

Who knows if you'll get enough when Rock Band comes out. That's some sick competition coming out soon.

Re: Guitar Hero

I suck at anything above Medium on it. I am pretty good at Medium, though. I loved almost all of the tracks from Rocks the 80's. Although I did think a couple of them were very poorly covered (They ripped the guts of the guitar solo from Metal Health! WTF is up with that???)

I still don't think that's as bad as that version of "I Wanna Rock" Twisted Sister did. No wonder the guitarist is so worried about royalties. They SUCK now.

Re: Guitar Hero

True. I couldn't believe that was the original artist on that one. When someone covers your song and trashes it, that's one thing. When you trash your OWN song, there is really something wrong.

Re: Guitar Hero

I've really been enjoying the song selection so far on GH III. The wife and I enjoyed pounding out "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys in co-op mode even though she screwed up one part big time. To be fair, however, that was my fault for deciding out of the blue to scream along with the "WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY??!??!??!!" part and scaring the crap out of her.

And I saw some footage of the game on Expert for the new version of "Cult Of Personality" that Living Colour recorded for the game. My GOD, my fingers would snap off. Major props in advance to all those 8-year-olds nailing it out there somewhere.

That's it. I'm totally buying it in December. Hello, Christmas present to myself.

Re: Guitar Hero

I had the Guitar Hero III controller and game in my hands today. I wanted to buy them so badly. I had to resist temptation though. Arrrrgh. Stupid lack of money.

Re: Guitar Hero

Bahahahaha...11,000+ views on my YouTube clip. I should create a frickin' commercial for PAGZ and put it on there. But it would probably backfire even though I have a face tailor-made for radio.
