I also opt for "Where the Streets Have No Name." Of course, I'm really not a huge U2 fan. I always thought they were extremely overrated. There were only 3 songs on this list I would have even selected from, with the other two being "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" and "With or Without You."

Anyone remember the really bad cover of this by C&C
Yeah, I might play that this Friday
I bought the 12" when it came out b/c I was into C&C Music Factory. I hadn't really had any breakbeat records yet and thought the beat structure was kinda odd at first. There's worse covers out there than that.
Too hard to pick between With or Without You and I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For.

At a loss and at fault
I can say that I don't
Love the light and the dark
I can say that I don't
Know that I am blind
And I love what I feel
I can show you tonight, you tonight
From my hands I can give you something that I made
From my mouth I can sing you another bridge that I made
From my body I can show you a place God knows (That only God knows)
You should know this space is holy, do you really want to go?

"New Year's Day" is my fave U2 80s song, followed by "Still haven't found what I'm looking for" - which is a true daily statement for my life, I'm always looking for some damn thing I've lost.
