Starting April 8th, I've adopted an "Official" Metal Shop Song to kick off Every regular show...Def Leppard's "Let's Get Rocked". (Shows in bold, are special shows, not regular shows.)

* I did my very first episode of Metal Shop right here on Renegade Retro on January 14, 2007. On the "Back in time" show, I will revisit that very first playlist. Since that show only lasted about two and a half hours back then, I will be adding additional songs before and after the playlist to fill the remaining time. I'll let you know during the show.

I Was listening to my Def Leppard Compilation CD at work yesterday, and that song came up and I was like...THAT'S IT!!!! THAT is THE Song to kick off Metal Shop with...The lyrics say it all AND the music is catchy and just makes a person feel good!

Summer 2011 Metal Shop Schedule: June 24th: Metal Shop All American Show. I'll play songs either directly or indirectly related to America. However..THIS show will not ONLY Feature my usual fare of Heavy Metal, Hard/Melodic Rock or Glam (Not enough songs to fill 3 hours), But I will be adding Regular ol POP tracks from the 60s 70's & 80s as well.
JULY
I am pretty sure I can do at least ONE show, but it's a pretty safe bet the July 8th Show will likely have Rikk filling in for me. I will likely be back to do the July 22nd show.
