I already have that. Just have no reason to do a remote broadcast. The only time I planned to do one was when we got together in Michigan a few years back. But no one then was interested in doing a broadcast. Since then, well, it's not like I do anything or go anywhere to do it. Maybe in the future if we do a network thing all together or something.

Stepdad took a look at the PC he built for me with old parts. Issue is probably with the CPU or motherboard. Thank goodness I have my old PC as a backup. It's still chugging along. Considering a laptop in the future and eventually using DJ software to do the mixshow with mp3s as well as possibly CDs and vinyl. Sooner rather than later if I win Powerball
Like I said, if I still had my second PC I'd send it out to you but now you'd have to try and get it from Rob since I sent it to him when his broadcast PC died on him and he needed help to keep his station on the air.

No worries chief. I bought new innards for the tower. My brother-in-law is coming over tomorrow to help me build it. Hoping everything runs smooth and I'll be good to go with the new build. Otherwise, I'm still chugging along with the old relic.
Relic's are good. They plug along fine with just a tiny bit of care. The station PC is using technology that's at least 5 years out of date at this point.

Got the new rig set up; humming along just fine. Windows was dumping at first so we had to do a wipe so I need to get SAM3 set up again but it should run much quicker now. Got Winamp with the MP3PRO plugin, gonna get some other stuff set up and hopefully get some assistance from the RR experts for other stuff tonight after the show
My broadcast PC took a royal dump last night, but had it back up and running by 1:45 This morning Pacific time. As of now, it appears to be ready to rock on Friday once again.
