The station software received a major upgrade today, switching to a new version. While mostly it will be transparent to listeners, one of the features that has me pumped is that the software now features Automatic Gain Control. In effect, this is adding compression like a regular FM station, and is giving the sound a much greater punch, IMO.
The program is much more difficult to tweak the crossfading exactly right, so bear with me as I work that out. I *think* I have it set really good right now. And if you hear songs getting cut off, let me know what songs they were.

I thought I noticed a longer fade time from Icicle Works to The Cult when they were playing. I'll try to pay attention. I didn't think it was bad or anything.
