Re: Nfl 2005-06

The Chargers dominated today. The Colts couldn't get into their rhythm at all.

Re: Nfl 2005-06

After this weekends games Denver gets to host the Patriots next Saturday. It'd be cool if Pittsburgh can beat Indy and Denver beats New England and ultimately host the AFC Championship game! Hey, I can dream, can't I?

I'd like to see a Denver-Pittsburgh matchup. Denver's offense didn't do that much but thanks to defense and special teams, they didn't have to. The Pats played like they were high on dope or something.

That looks it may happen as Pittsburgh is leading in the 4th, 21-10. For the record I don't think the Pats should've been called for pass interference but I think we would've won either way. The Pats didn't have enough oxygen from the Mile High altitude

Let me be the first to congratulate Pittsburgh on a big win over my Broncos. I remember how classy Bill Cowher was to Shanahan when Denver went to Three Rivers and knocked them off in January '98. Since Seattle won I'm on the Steelers bandwagon for the Super Bowl.

I was expecting Pittsburgh to win, but I didn't expect Carolina to suck so bad. This should be a closer Super Bowl than most people had envisioned, even though I believe that Pittsburgh will win.

Yes! For the most part a fairly boring Super Bowl game but that should have been expected after what was possibly the worst pregame ever. And I thought the Stones sucked!

Still, it was Super Sunday and there were chips and beer...

True, but I also think the Stones suck all the time anyway! It was slightly more exciting than Super Bowl V....the Blunder Bowl, between the Cowpies and Colts, though back then and until a few years ago there was only ONE week to wait for the game. I wish it were still that way
