Minor leaguer suspended 50 games...
...for tossing his bat at an umpire!
If you watched Sportscenter a couple weeks back, you can see the umpire take off his mask and toss the dude, then the bat comes from off camera at an insane pace and smacks the ump right in the chest protector. It's probably still on the web somewhere, but I was surprised that the ump barely flinched and that he didn't get his face smashed in the way the bat was thrown. Yikes!
