He should have resigned BEFORE the Draft so that Houston didn't have to riot after he picked Mario Williams instead of either Reggie Bush or Vince Young or even Matt Leinart. I feel that David Carr is a decent QB and the Texans need a better defense, but Williams needs to have an MVP season or else this goes into the pantheon of all-time boneheaded drafts, a la Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan
This is like a big "screw you, Houston" move.
