I've done some revamping of the Renegade Retro Myspace site to give it a similar look to that of the main RR site, as well as add as many Retro artists as I could find.
*snort* I just found this in my inbox regarding the age setting on the RR profile (I set it to around 100 years old b/c they won't allow for 5 years old, which is how old the station is):
MySpace has special privacy and safety settings for users under the age of 18. We would like to remind you that you may not pretend to be older than 18 to get around these safety measures. We are providing you a two week amnesty period to accurately portray your age. Please take this time to update your profile and set it to your real age to avoid deletion. Thanks!
To which I responded:
Listen up buttmuncher(s),
This is a profile for a RADIO STATION. The radio station is freakin' 5 years old. The person running the station is well into their 30's. We've updated the age setting to comply with your crappy demands. Don't you have something better to police...say, bullshit bulletins that lack any substance? Which would be about oh, 95% of them. Especially the ones that say this place is shutting down. Oh, and get off your ass on Monday nights and keep the site running smoothly, mmkay? Spanks!
Eh, I already sent it but in retrospect I could've handled that better. I can see how they have to police for that shit, with their name in the news all the time because of stupid kids, but come on...anyone can clearly see that a page for an 80's radio station isn't some under-18 kid...if they actually LOOKED at the link to our main site they'd see that.
